What's in my lunchbox? 2/17/2017
This week I show off how easy it is to pack 5 days worth of vegan food and still get tons of protein. Vegan pilots and flight attendants know how big of a challenge this can be. I was able to pack 1800 calories worth of food for each day and still get 110 g of protein too.
